What method is used to ship my order?

All orders are shipped through The United States Postal Service.

When will my order ship?

All orders have a delivery time of 3-7 business days (depending on location, date of order, etc), from the day the order is processed. Orders placed on non-business days will be processed the following business day. If you choose Next Day Delivery, you will receive your package the next day, unless you live in an area where next day is not available. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us directly.

What if my item I purchased is the incorrect size?

If you find your needing to exchange for a different size, please directly contact, info@getprimp.com, and we will work with you directly on getting you the correct size of the product you ordered.

What if I changed my mind on my order?

All sales are final, unless it is a special circumstance. If you do not like the item you purchased, you can however receive a store credit to use in the future.

We collect information from you when you place an order.When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

  • To process transactions- Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.

How do we protect your information?

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 60 days.
